I was trying to make something where it's impossible to get the eye to stop moving. Did I get there?

you can sign the matt or have the photo floating in the center with a 1/2 border and sign below the photo just above the matt, also put pertinent information stamped or written on the back of it the framed part, so it doesnt get lost in the shuffle
Oh YES!! Its like a thumbnail that hasn't completed know what i mean ..err for example you put a pic on your instant messenger and then you look it up s a jpeg and the image is all scrambled ..hard to explain
